At certain areas of this site, personal information may be requested to sign up for events, newsletters, or communications. Such personally identifiable data may include name, company / institution name, birth date, address, phone number, etc. Use of small files ("cookies") may be used with transient server-side scripts that may contain personal information; such data accessible only to authorized persons managing this Site. At no time is information distributed to third parties without prior consent. Additionally, the user has a right to "opt-out" from services rendered on this site and may request all records of such information be removed with timely notice.

Information collected through this web site will be used to coordinate the 12th Information Technology Competition (ITC-XII) and fulfill logistical and advertising needs on behalf of event coordinators. Personal information may be printed and distributed to event management to accomplish these duties. All personnel are accountable for proper use of such information within the scope of ITC-XII and related events.

By signing for services on this Site, the user agrees that any personal information may be used during event planning and distributed to authorized personnel.
