What is MISSA?

Management Information Systems Student Association is an organization focused on enabling students to explore careers in IT and build his or her network, facilitated by:

• Guest speakers from prominent companies
• Networking sessions with leading firms and schools
• Company site visits
• Membership in ISACA
• Community involvement
• Alumni involvement

We are proud members of the Los Angeles Chapter of ISACA, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the continued development and enhancement of the information systems audit and control profession by providing benefits to its members and to the professional community-at-large.

All majors are encouraged to join MISSA and learn about career opportunities in technology. Many technology career paths do not require past experience or technical knowledge to apply.
